Our client, a small yet well established travel specialist based in Rochdale are currently looking to add a phone based travel sales consultant (NOT A CALL CENTRE!!!) to their sales team in the first stage of their growth plans...

Taking ownership of customers once they have called, you will be responsible for managing customers throughout the buying process including advising on aspects of custom holiday selection, tailoring to customers specific needs, and chasing up on enquiries right through to when the sale is made. You will also be responsible for ensuring repeat business through offering high levels of customer service, and so is a chance to build up your own travel desk within this prosperous organisation which is backed by several high street names.

Office hours are based on a standard working week, starting at 9am, and so no daft shifts working until 10pm will be expected of you!
