THE ROLE OF THE PROJECT ENGINEER
• To research market opportunities, make contact with prospective clients and secure enquiries and customer orders • Keep abreast of changing customer needs and develop excellent relationships with key decision makers • Remain informed of technical innovation and developments regarding the product range • Prepare technical and commercial proposals to meet the customers requirements • Support the relationship with the suppliers and sub-contractors • Provide the business forecast of sales and margin

The Company is a market leading manufacturer of specialist electro-mechanical equipment which is used for bulk handling and storage.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OF THE PROJECT ENGINEER
The successful individual will;
• Be qualified with an HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering/Business or Project Management • Possess technical and application knowledge in relevant products • Previous experience in a proposal/contractual role • Working knowledge of AutoCAD for layout drawings • The ability to work in a commercially competitive environment • Experience of working with customers and sub-contractors
